How many members carry a donor card I have recently started after years of indecision. Sitting in that room yesterday, listening to horror storiers from the transplant surgeon, certainly makes you think.

I don't have a donor-card, but I've had the talk with my family, who would be my next of kin and would ultimately be making the call anyway, and they know my wishes.

I've told mum, she's probably forgotten though, I'd like to be a transplant donour, put my name down for it online, but I don't carry a card at the moment.

For it to be official Jenni you would really need the card.In Scotland The Human Tissue Act was passed on the 1st of September. The parents cannot refuse if doctors need to harvest organs from a donor. I have decided to donate everything bar my eyes.
